I kept searching hi and low to see if i have stuff to post to my blog at least and i found the "new room" folder, the folder i kept photos i took of my not-so-new room that had make-over in Jan....
I remember wanting to share it but i kept delaying to post them up because i kept wanting to improvise it... i kept wanting to make it better.
But it hasnt changed much since then and i still havent gotten myself a work/study lamp after months of finding the right one.
Yea yea, i very fussy about my new room one, I want everything colour coordinated one!
Alright, here goes the pictures and some of my favorite items. =)
This is my white huge-ass cupboard with 2 sliding door made of mirrors. My favorite item and also what that takes up most spaces in my room.
I swear the full lenght mirrors made the room look way more spacious!
Yay! this is the perfect match to my room and it fits exactly into the space right next to my wardrobe and its' WHITE! double happinesss, woot! The multilevel gives me the exact space needed to fit my printers and books! (i have an air purifier on the top level now tho..)
And look!the end of my bed serves as the seat to my workstation. How smart!
I almost wanted to have a custom-made plain white desk for that odd space but thank god for IKEA catalog which i kept in my room like bible, i found that workstation with exact measurements for sale!
No 3: My white bed frame!
Omg, I tell you, it wasnt as easy as you think to find a white super single-size bed!
I went to more than 10 furniture shops and its either the colour is wrong (nearest i can find is offwhite) or when colour is right, the size is not. Damn, at one point, mum was really pissed already with my persistence for a white one.
Thank god, the last stop we made to a furniture shop near my house here have this! it may not be the best but at least it's white and simple. Plus its cheap! so no complains.. =)

No 4: My 3-pcs Blythe doll portrait!
Oooo... you know what? I totally DIY-ed it myself.
I bought some really nice blythe dolls pictures from a market in Bangkok and placed them into white photoframes!
It was so difficult to get white photo frames in 5R and the only one i could find was at jusco for 11.90 each and was made of really heavy acrylic, so i resorted to DIY-ing on my own.
I bought 3 5R photo frames from those 1.99 shop outside my house....
...and had it sprayed White!
Lookie! the 3 portrait stuck above my bed now.. =DThe frames are so light, i dont have to be afraid that i die from broken skull IF that thing falls on me midnight!
Nice or not? Nice or not! I got this set of chibi-maruko in Bangkok's chinatown and its so cute right! The white house not included.
If you're wondering where i got the white woodent house for it... I had it all along and it was supposed to be BLACK but i SPRAYED it white! =P Am i smart or wat?! Heh. Spray paint was my hero!

No 6 & 7 : The pigggies set of 8 and bookshelf!
This is what my sister bought instead of the chibi-maruko... also from Bangkok's chinatown, except that it wasn't as lucky as mine cause it's homeless! hahahaa... i placed them on top of my bookshelf but its constantly on vacation..shifting all over. Right now, its on top of my workstation.
Got this white not-so-white bookshelf from IKEA. It wasn't really white and its more like and off-whte which made me a lil dissapointed at first!
So,i thought for a while and came out with the idea of buying some white magazine organizer to make the shelf more white-looking and organized. Get wat i mean?
Like i said, i very fussy of the colour and physical appearance of the item..and that explains item no 8

Yes, i got my old dustbin replaced because the colour doesnt match and even witht his new bin... i am still thinking of ways to turn the green pedal into a matching shade. =P
Oh, and the rug! one of the best purchase for my room cause the colour's really nice and its really nice to step.It's currenlty under my workstation and iam planning to get another one!

No 11: The love-ly fan!
hahahaha!! you got it right! i made that heart shape and stuck it there because i couldnt find a way to make my fan colour-coordinated!

No 12: Clocky-clock
Alas!! something i didnt need to do anything to....The existing clock in my room needs no replacement, matches nicely. =)
I practically DIY-ed, picked and arranged evrything on my own!
I even painted my room on my own.. definately 100% own effort k! *proud*
Oh btw, just to clarify, the colour i used for my room is called Sakura, not Pink ok!
It may look pinkish but it's pinkish type of purplish... geddit? It matches both the shades tho..
