Happy new year!! i know its late, but its better than never.

I bid goodbye to 2008 at home this year. Rather odd and i think it is the first time i spent it at home, without any hype or friends around. Not even Randy.

Reason being is because i'm having a new room for the year. No, i didnt strike the lottery and get a new house, i just simply had my room colour changed and refurnished. The old bedroom set which mum claims to be a children set can no longer take the amount of clothes me and my sister have. Therefore, my new wardrobe is 8x8 feet. HOHOHO! i know you love the size dont you! and and and... its 2 huge ass sliding door its made out of full lenght mirror for vain people like me. . ehehehe. Plus, i get to customized the colour... so i chosed white! I swear to god, the wardrobe is made for me.

Then next, i replaced my bed. Omg, i can't believe its so hard to get a super single bed in white. There were so many of them in queen size, which i can't get because there were limited space in my room already after the huge wardrobe. I almost gave up because mum and dad was already very annoyed at my persistence on getting a white bed. Thank god, i finally got one at the last furniture stop. Quite a simple one but i like. =)

Then I reckon its the best time to have my room colour changed as well. ;p All one shot. Mum was not pleased with the idea but i insisted. So the next day after getting a bucket of paint, i started painting the room ALL BY MYSELF. Hohoho.. iam such a warrior i know! Finished painting just in time for it to dry and for my wardrobe to arrived in the evening of 31st. The entire night was spent re-arranging everything we had removed from the room back into the new wardrobe, right pass midnight...into the new year.

I can't believe after throwing away and packing aside stuffs to be given away.. i still have sooooooo much stuff with me. Am i a rubbish collector or what? Its amazing how my tiny room can hold so much stuff in it..

As for pictures of it, might have to wait till later cause there are still items not sorted out yet. I still need a desk for my laptop and printers. A bookshelf for all the stacked up books and some miscellaneous items such as table lamp, some potraits, a new white bin perhaps.

Until then, i'll have my new room..=)

p/s: I'll be off to bangkok coming wednesday and i can't wait.. cause it's gonna be hell of a shopping dreamland!
