first 2 days

for the past 2 days i worked stayed at the office, most of the time i have nothing to do. Not at the moment i guess.

On the first day the 5 of us interns arrived, we were directed to a briefing room and were briefed about the company's stucture and our job's function. That's what i think the slides shown was all about la.. cause the malay lady who briefed us had such a soft voice i can hardly hear what she was talking. She skipped 4-5 slides and then continue reading half the slides and then started skipping a few more slides. Yah, that was our briefing. Really very brief.

After the brief briefing, we had a to sit for a test. Can you believe it?
we had to sit for a test with 3 essay questions to be completed in 1 and a half hour.
o_0 I WASN'T PREPARED FOR A TEST ON THE FIRST DAY!?!
i totally did not touch my books ever since finals and my brain all karat already.

They said it was a test to access our competency in some areas of expertise required in corporate affairs. In short, it's a test to determine which division we will be placed for the next 3 and a half months. A hidup-mati test la.

After the darn test which most of us either did half or did not answer the 3rd questions, we were brought up to level 70 to see our bosses.

Unfortunately, our bosses were either not around or were having meeting, so Day 1 was an entire day of sitting and waiting till balik.

They gave each of us a book to kill time. A book as thick as my Oxford Dictionary. I dont think it is meant to kill time, it is meant to kill me instead.

Lucky i shared the same cubicle as EiLeen on the first day, so we managed to chat abit or else i would have died of boredom!

It was as if that book wasn't thick and scary enough, they have another one enough to make u feel like jumping off the building;
